Weight Watchers Chocolate Walnut Fudge Recipe. A chocolate lovers treat that's perfect for The Holidays, Christmas, or any day! This quick and easy dessert will only take you 10 minutes to make, plus a little time to set.
Prepare an 8x8 baking pan by lining with aluminum foil.
Coat aluminum foil with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large saucepan, add fat free sweetened condensed milk, semi-sweet chocolate, and unsweetened chocolate.
Place saucepan over low heat.
Stir constantly and cook approximately 5 minutes or until the chocolate has melted and becomes smooth.
Take saucepan off of heat and stir in vanilla, salt, and walnuts until well combined.
In prepared 8x8 baking pan, pour in the chocolate mixture. Using a silicone Spatula, spread to an even layer.
Place pan in the refrigerator to allow the fudge to fully set.
When set, remove from pan and place on a cutting board.
Using a sharp knife, cut 6 rows one way, and 8 rows the other way making 48 pieces of fudge.
