Instructions
Prepare a baking sheet by coating with Pam cooking spray.
Preheat oven 400 degrees F.
In a large mixing bowl, place chili powder, cumin, cauliflower, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
Spread cauliflower on sheet and bake until preferred tenderness, about 15 minutes, stirring once during baking.
Bake approx 15 minutes, stirring once, or until at your desired tenderness.
