Weight Watchers Slow Cooker Chicken Sliders Recipe. This easy and delicious recipe is a great dinner, or lunch option. Made in the crock pot you won't spend much time in the kitchen. A great option for game day!
Using a glass measuring cup, add barbecue sauce and vinegar. Whisk in adobo sauce, and chipotle pepper.
Pour the sauce mix on top of the chicken.
Cover slow cooker and set to low setting.
Cook 6 to 7 hours.
Using a shredding claws, or 2 forks, shred the chicken while still in the slow cooker.
Stir in the salt.
Place chicken on slider rolls and (optional) top with coleslaw.
