Quick and Easy Honey Mustard Dressing (Weight Watchers) Recipe. Top your favorite salad, use it as a condiment for your sandwich, as a dip for vegetables, or as a marinade for chicken or pork chops.
In a small sized mixing bowl, add plain plain fat-free yogurt.
In the mixing bowl, whisk in honey, dijon mustard, fresh dill, white wine vinegar, sugar, salt, and ground white pepper.
Cover and place in refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours.
To serve: whisk the mixture again.
