In a medium sized bowl, add parsley, garlic, olive oil, and sea salt.
In the bowl, add Cremini mushroom, cherry tomatoes, and red bell peppers. Toss to coat well.
Using 4 skewers, thread the prepared vegetables on the skewers.
On preheated grill, place the skewers and grill approximate 7 to 10 minutes, or until vegetables are charred and tender, turning the skewers over once during cooking.
