Easy Weight Watchers Sloppy Joes (Slow Cooker) Recipe. This easy dinner is great for hot summer days when you don't want to turn on the oven, or a cozy fall or winter evening when you are craving a cozy comfort food dish.
Prepare a skillet by spraying with non-stick cooking spray.
Place prepared skillet on the stovetop at medium high heat.
In the skillet, add ground beef. Cook and breakup until the ground beef is browned.
In a slow cooker, add the browned ground beef,
Add diced tomatoes, chopped celery, chopped onion, brown sugar, reduced sodium Worcestershire sauce, ground cumin, chili powder, and salt.
Stir to mix.
Place the lid on the slow cooker, and set to LOW heat. Cook for 6 to 8 hours.
Spoon mixture onto the hamburger rolls.
Add equal amounts of the mixture between 6 hamburger buns.
