In a large mixing bowl, combine macaroni, lettuce, bacon, and tomatoes. Mix by stirring with a large spoon.
In a small mixing bowl, combine vinegar, sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, pepper, and salt. Mix well
Stir in the contents of the small bowl into the macaroni. Refrigerate. Serve cold.
