Ingredients

long grain rice

water

fresh or frozen vegetables
chopped

onion
chopped

bacon

ketchup

soy sauce
Instructions
In a microwave safe container, add rice, water, vegetables, bacon, onion, oil, ketchup, and soy sauce. Mix well.
Cover and microwave on high for 20 minutes. Let stand for approx 5 minutes.
Stir rice. Serve.
