Weight Watchers Farmers Breakfast Casserole Recipe. n easy breakfast, or brunch recipe that's great when you need to plan ahead, or for when you have guests.
Prepare an 8x8 inch baking dish by spraying with non-stick cooking spray.
In prepared baking dish, place shredded potatoes on the bottom in an even layer.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the potatoes.
Top cheese with canadian bacon and green onions.
In a large mixing bowl, add eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Using a whisk, whisk until combined well.
Pour the egg mixture on top of the casserole, and spread to an even layer.
In preheated oven, bake, uncovered for approximately 40 minutes, or until the center is set.
Before cutting, let rest for 5 minutes.
