Ingredients

red wine vinegar

lime
juiced

tbsp
olive oil
cayenne pepper
to taste
½
tsp
onion powder
1
tsp
chili powder
salt
to taste
black pepper
to taste
½
tsp
paprika
½
tsp
garlic powder
1
lb
skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, add vinegar, lime juice, and olive oil. Whisk together.
Whisk in cayenne pepper, onion powder, chili powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
In the baking dish, add chicken. Pour marinade over the chicken. Lift chicken to coat all sides. Cover and place in refrigerator for 1 hour minimum.
Preheat grill to medium/high heat. Lightly oil the grill grate.
Put chicken on skewers. Discard the marinade
Grill chicken skewers for approx 10 - 15 minutes or until chicken juice is clear. Serve.
