In a medium sized bowl, add ground beef, egg, parsley, bread crumbs, onion, and garlic. Mix well with your hands.
Using your hands, shape into 16 meatballs.
Turn slow cooker to low heat setting. Add crushed tomatoes, spaghetti sauce, and tomato puree. Mix to combine. Add meatballs.
Cook on low setting for 6 - 8 hours.
