Preheat the air fryer to 400°F if needed for your air fryer (check manufacturer directions).
Arrange the corn in the basket, stacking if necessary.
Air fry for 5 minutes.
Turn the corn and rotate the position if stacked.
Continue air frying until edges are lightly browned, about 5 to 7 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter and lime zest.
Brush the butter mixture evenly over the corn.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and parsley before serving.

How to Store and Reheat
Store cooled corn in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place in the air fryer at 350°F for 3–4 minutes until warmed through, or microwave for 1–2 minutes.
