Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and spray it with nonstick spray.
In a small bowl, mix the barbecue sauce and hot pepper sauce together.
In a larger bowl, combine the ground chicken, scallions, celery, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, and salt.
Wet your hands, then shape the chicken mixture into four patties, each about 1⁄2-inch thick.
Brush the top of each patty with half of the sauce mixture.
Place the patties on the grill with the sauce side facing down.
Brush the remaining sauce on the top of the patties.
Grill the patties, flipping them once, until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F, which should take about 10 minutes.
In the last minute of grilling, place the hamburger buns on the grill to lightly toast them.
To assemble the burgers, place some lettuce on the bottom half of each bun, add a patty, then top with two tomato slices and a sprinkle of blue cheese.
