Add the chicken the smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Add the honey, hot sauce, garlic, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar to a small bowl.
Whisk the cornstarch and water together in a separate small bowl until smooth.
Pour the honey mixture into the skillet with the chicken.
Add the cornstarch mixture.
Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
Divide the sweet potatoes, broccoli, and edamame among 4 bowls.
Add the hot honey garlic chicken. Top with avocado and green onions.
