Granny Smith apples
cored and sliced into very thin rounds
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 250° F.
Prepare 2 baking sheets by lining with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, add cinnamon and sugar. Whisk to mix well.
Add apple slices to the cinnamon mixture.
Toss to coat
On the prepared baking sheet, place the apple slices in a single layer.
In preheated oven, bake approx 2 hours or until crispy and browned.
