  • Preheat the oven to 250° F.
  • Prepare 2 baking sheets by lining with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add cinnamon and sugar. Whisk to mix well.
  • Add apple slices to the cinnamon mixture.
  • Toss to coat
  • On the prepared baking sheet, place the apple slices in a single layer.
  • In preheated oven, bake approx 2 hours or until crispy and browned.
