Weight Watchers Baked Apple Chips
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 4 Granny Smith apples cored and sliced into very thin rounds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250° F.
- Prepare 2 baking sheets by lining with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, add cinnamon and sugar. Whisk to mix well.
- Add apple slices to the cinnamon mixture.
- Toss to coat
- On the prepared baking sheet, place the apple slices in a single layer.
- In preheated oven, bake approx 2 hours or until crispy and browned.
