Ingredients

broccoli
washed and cut into bite-sized pieces
2
cloves
garlic
minced
4
tbsp
extra virgin olive oil
divided
½
tsp
kosher salt
½
tsp
fresh coarse ground black pepper
1
tbsp
lemon juice
¼
cup
parmesan cheese
shaved
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425° F
Arrange the broccoli on a large-rimmed baking sheet.
Add the minced garlic and mix it in with the broccoli.
Drizzle the broccoli with 3 tablespoons of olive oil
Season with salt and pepper.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until the broccoli becomes tender.
Drizzle on the lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and parmesan cheese. Toss to mix.
Serve immediately
