  1. Preheat oven to 425° F
  2. Arrange the broccoli on a large-rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Add the minced garlic and mix it in with the broccoli.
  4. Drizzle the broccoli with 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until the broccoli becomes tender.
  7. Drizzle on the lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and parmesan cheese. Toss to mix.
