Place chicken and salsa in a medium bowl. Mix well. Place in refrigerator, covered for approx. 15 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 375° F
Spray a baking sheet with Pam nonstick spray. Set aside.
Take chicken out of the refrigerator, and drain any liquid. Mix in taco seasoning and cheese. Set aside.
Microwave tortillas between 2 dampened paper towels for approx 1 minute, or until they are warm.
One at a time, remove a tortilla from between the paper towels, lightly spray both sides of tortilla with cooking spray, place on clean surface. Spread approx two heaping tablespoons of chicken over the whole tortilla. Tightly roll and use a toothpick to secure. Put tortilla on the baking sheet seam side down. Repeat for each tortilla.
Place in preheated oven, and bake for approx 15 minutes, or until crisp. Cool for approx 5 minutes before serving.
Can be served with sour cream, salsa, and/or enchilada sauce.
