Prepare a baking sheet by lining with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, add extra lean ground turkey, egg whites, whole wheat breadcrumbs, reduced-fat pesto sauce, and salt.
Gently combine ingredients using your hands. Don't over-mix because it will make the meatballs tough.
Gently roll mixture into 24 - 1¼ inch meatballs.
On the prepared baking sheet, arrange the meatballs leaving space between them.
In preheated oven, bake approximately 20 minutes, or until fully cooked, and lightly browned.
