Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium heat. Lightly oil the grill grates.
In a large mixing bowl, add the ground turkey, onion, parsley, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, egg white, and 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce.
Mix gently until combined.
Divide the turkey mixture into 4 equal portions.
Shape each portion into a round patty about ½ inch thick.
Press a small indent into the center of each patty.
Place the patties on the grill. Cook the patties for 5 to 6 minutes.
Using a spatula, carefully flip the patties. Cook for another 3 to 4 minutes.
Using a basting brush, coat the tops of the patties with the remaining sweet chili sauce.
Continue cooking for 2 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Remove the patties from the grill. Let the patties rest for 3 minutes before serving.
