vanilla

skim milk

egg whites

white bread
Pam cooking spray - butter-flavored

tbsp
cinnamon
maple syrup - sugar free
Instructions
In a shallow dish, mix milk, egg whites and vanilla
Dip the bread slices in egg mixture, fully coating each side.
Spray skillet with butter flavored Pam.
Cook on medium heat until browned. Flip the bread and repeat for the other side.
Place on a plate. On top, sprinkle cinnamon and add Sugar Free maple syrup. Serve immediately.
