seeded cucumber
chopped

cloves
garlic
minced

avocado
peeled and pitted

lemon
juiced

cup
sour cream
(optional)

tbsp
fresh cilantro
chopped

tbsp
fresh mint
chopped
½
tsp
red pepper flakes
(or to taste)
salt and black pepper
to taste
Instructions
Using a medium sized bowl, add cucumber, garlic, avocado, sour cream, and lemon juice.
Mash the contents with a fork until it is smooth.
If you are using an avocado that isn't fully ripe, use a food processor to mix.
Season the mix with cilantro, mint, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix
Cover bowl and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to chill before serving.
