Ingredients
 

  • ½ cup seeded cucumber chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 large avocado peeled and pitted
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • ¼ cup sour cream (optional)
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint chopped
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (or to taste)
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Using a medium sized bowl, add cucumber, garlic, avocado, sour cream, and lemon juice.
  • Mash the contents with a fork until it is smooth.
  • If you are using an avocado that isn't fully ripe, use a food processor to mix.
  • Season the mix with cilantro, mint, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix
  • Cover bowl and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to chill before serving.
