Weight Watchers Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients you will need:

How to make:

  1. In a skillet, saute chicken using cooking spray
  2. When cooled enough to touch, cut chicken to bite sized pieces.
  3. In a sauce pan, add chicken broth, carrots, celery, green onions, thyme, and spaghetti.
  4. Heat chicken broth, carrots, celery, green onions, thyme, and pasta.
  5. Heat over medium/high heat, stirring often.
  6. Add chicken to the broth and simmer until pasta is tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
