Weight Watchers Spicy Garlic Shrimp
Equipment
Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
- 12 jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined, – leave tails on
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 tsp montreal steak seasoning
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat over medium/high heat. When hot, add garlic, red pepper flakes, shrimp, and olive oil. Add salt, pepper, and monterey steak seasoning.
- Cook while stirring until the shrimp just turns pink, approx 3 minutes.
- Move to a shrimp to a serving dish. Discard garlic. Serve.
