Stir the mixture with a wooden spoon until just combined.
Continue mixing the dough with your hands until smooth, about 2 minutes.
If the dough is too sticky, add more flour, 1 tablespoon at a time, until it's not sticky.
Lay a large piece of parchment paper on your work surface and sprinkle a bit of flour on it.
Place the dough on the parchment paper.
Cut the dough into 4 equal pieces with a knife.
Roll each piece into a 6-7 inch oval using a rolling pin.
Place the ovals on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for about 18 minutes until they start to turn lightly golden.
Take them out of the oven and top each with ¼ cup of sauce, 3 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese, and 5 pieces of pepperoni.
Put them back in the oven and bake for a few more minutes until the dough is cooked through and the cheese has melted.
Serve each with 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese and a pinch of red pepper flakes.
