Cook the fettuccine according to the package directions, without adding salt or fat.
During the last 3 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli to the pasta.
Drain the pasta and broccoli well, then place them in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, mix the salad dressing, dijon mustard, olive oil, and minced garlic.
Pour the dressing over the pasta and broccoli mixture.
Add the shredded chicken to the bowl and gently toss everything together.
Sprinkle with fresh ground black pepper to taste.
