Place the thawed strawberries and saved juice, honey, lemon juice, and salt. in a large blender.
Cover the blender. Puree until the mixture is smooth.
Stop the blender as needed. Scrape the sides of the blender with a spatula.
Add the basil.
Cover the blender again. Pulse until the basil is mixed in, but not fully pureed.
Divide the mixture evenly between 6 popsicle molds. Insert popsicle sticks.
Freeze until solid.

Tips and Tricks
Don’t over-blend the basil - Pulse the basil only until mixed in. This keeps small pieces of basil in the popsicles instead of turning the whole mixture green.Leave room at the top - Fill the molds close to the top, but leave a little space for the mixture to expand as it freezes.Run molds under warm water - Hold the outside of the mold under warm water for a few seconds if the popsicles do not release right away.
