Place the sweet potato cubes on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle the sweet potatoes with 2 teaspoons olive oil.
Add ½ teaspoon smoked paprika, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, onion powder, ¼ teaspoon salt, and black pepper.
Toss the sweet potatoes until evenly coated with the oil and seasonings.
Roast for 22 to 25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the sweet potatoes are tender and lightly browned.
Heat the remaining 1 teaspoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the ground beef. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, breaking the beef apart with a wooden spoon, until browned and cooked through.
Add the remaining ½ teaspoon smoked paprika, remaining ½ teaspoon garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, and remaining ¼ teaspoon salt. Stir the seasonings into the beef. Cook for 1 minute.
In a small mixing bowl, add the honey, hot sauce, lime juice, and crushed red pepper flakes, if using. Stir until well blended.
Divide the baby spinach between 4 bowls.
Add the roasted sweet potatoes, seasoned ground beef, corn, cherry tomatoes, and avocado to each bowl.
Drizzle each serving with the hot honey sauce.
Sprinkle the chopped green onions over the bowls.
