If the apples don't stand up straight, trim the bottoms to level them.
Cut the tops off the apples and set them aside.
Use a melon baller or paring knife to scoop out the cores, leaving a ⅔-inch-thick shell. Keep the bottom intact.
In a medium bowl, mix the oats, raisins, brown sugar, walnuts, and cinnamon.
Drizzle the melted butter over the mixture and toss to coat.
Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the oat mixture into each apple.
Preheat the air fryer to 300°F if needed.
Line the bottom of the air fryer basket with foil or parchment paper.
Place the stuffed apples in the basket and put the reserved tops back on the apples.
Air-fry for 22 to 25 minutes, or until the apples are tender.
