Prepare a 7x11-inch baking dish by spraying it with nonstick spray.
In a cup, combine lime juice, oil, chili powder, ground coriander, and salt. Stir the mixture well.
Place the fish in the baking dish, making sure it's in a single layer. Use a brush to coat the fish with the lime juice mixture.
Cover the dish with plastic wrap, leaving one corner open for venting. Microwave the fish on High for about 3 minutes, or until it's just opaque in the center.
Use a fork to break the fish into small flakes.
In a medium bowl, mix together the cabbage, scallion, onion, and cilantro.
Take a tortilla and spread approximately 2 tablespoons of the cabbage mixture onto it. Then, add 2 tablespoons of the flaked fish and another 1 tablespoon of the cabbage mixture on top. Fold the tortilla in half.
To Serve (Optional)
If you'd like, you can serve avocado wedges on a separate plate. Sprinkle the avocado with the juice from half a lime, as well as some salt and pepper.
