Heat the grill to high heat.
Place the pineapple slices on a plate or cutting board.
Spray the pineapple slices lightly with cooking spray.
Sprinkle the pineapple slices with pumpkin pie spice.
Carefully place the pineapple slices on the preheated grill or grill pan.
