In another shallow bowl, whip egg whites until foamy.
Dip a chicken tender into the egg whites.
Next, dip the same chicken tender into the breadcrumb mixture to coat it well.
Place the coated chicken tender onto the prepared baking pan.
Repeat steps 6 to 8 for all chicken tenders.
Bake the chicken tenders in the oven until crispy, about 25 minutes.
Serve the chicken tenders with warmed sauce.
