In a shallow dish, add Parmesan cheese, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to mix well.
Rub oil on tilapia fillets.
Dip the oil-covered tilapia into the Parmesan cheese mixture. Make sure each fillet gets a good coating.
Place your coated fillets onto the foil-covered baking sheet.
Put the baking sheet into preheated oven.
Let the fillets bake until they can easily be flaked with a fork. This should take about 10 to 12 minutes.
