Weight Watchers Parmesan Tilapia Fillets
Ingredients
- ¾ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
- 2 teaspoon ground paprika
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 1 drizzle olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°
- Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- In a shallow dish, add Parmesan cheese, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to mix well.
- Rub oil on tilapia fillets.
- Dip the oil-covered tilapia into the Parmesan cheese mixture. Make sure each fillet gets a good coating.
- Place your coated fillets onto the foil-covered baking sheet.
- Put the baking sheet into preheated oven.
- Let the fillets bake until they can easily be flaked with a fork. This should take about 10 to 12 minutes.
