Weight Watchers Lemon Garlic Tilapia
- nonstick cooking spray
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic crushed
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 6 (6 oz each) tilapia fillets
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 4 tsp fresh parsley
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- Prepare a baking dish by spraying with non-stick cooking spray, lightly.
- Place a small saucepan over low heat.
- In saucepan, add butter, and melt.
- When butter has melted, add garlic and saute for approximately 1 minute.
- Stir in lemon juice, and turn off heat.
- In prepared baking dish, place tilapia in a single layer.
- Season the tilapia with salt and pepper.
- Stir the lemon mixture again and pour on top of the tilapia.
- Add parsley on top of the tilapia.
- In preheated oven, bake approximately 15 minutes, or until the fish is fully cooked.
