  • Preheat oven to 400° F.
  • Prepare a baking dish by spraying with non-stick cooking spray, lightly.
  • Place a small saucepan over low heat.
  • In saucepan, add butter, and melt.
  • When butter has melted, add garlic and saute for approximately 1 minute.
  • Stir in lemon juice, and turn off heat.
  • In prepared baking dish, place tilapia in a single layer.
  • Season the tilapia with salt and pepper.
  • Stir the lemon mixture again and pour on top of the tilapia.
  • Add parsley on top of the tilapia.
  • In preheated oven, bake approximately 15 minutes, or until the fish is fully cooked.
