Weight Watchers Tex-Mex Baked Fish

Ingredients
- 1½ lbs cod fish
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- ½ cup corn chips crushed coarsely
- 1 avocado peeled, pitted & sliced
- ¼ cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400° F
- Prepare an 8×12 baking dish by spraying with non-stick cooking spray
- Using cold water, rinse the cod. With paper towels, pad dry.
- In the prepared baking dish, place cod in a single layer.
- Pour salsa over top of the cod.
- Sprinkle cheese over the salsa.
- Sprinkle crushed corn chips on top of the cheese.
- In preheated oven, bake uncovered 15 minutes or until fish becomes opaque. Remove from oven.
- Add the sliced avocado, and the sour cream. Serve.
