Ingredients you will need:

How to make:

  1. Preheat the oven to 450° F
  2. Prepare 2 – 6 oz. custard cups by spraying with Pam cooking spray. Set aside
  3. In a mixing bowl, add blueberries, ginger, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and cinnamon. Stir to mix.
  4. Pour into prepared custard cups.
  5. In a mixing bowl, add Bisquick and skim milk. Mix well
  6. Drop spoonfuls of Bisquick mix on top of blueberries in custard cups.
  7. Sprinkle sugar over top of contents of custard cups.
  8. Put custard cups on a baking pan to prevent spillage, and place in preheated oven. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.
