Weight Watchers Ground Beef Casserole with Cabbage

Ingredients you will need:

How to make:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F
  2. In a skillet add onion and ground beef.
  3. Brown ground beef – cooking onion at the same time.
  4. Prepare a 9×13 casserole dish by spraying with cooking spray.
  5. Add cabbage to prepared casserole dish
  6. Top cabbage with uncooked rice. Add ground beef and onion mixture on top of rice.
  7. In a mixing bowl, add Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, sugar, beef bouillon, water, and dill. Mix well. Pour on top of contents of casserole dish.
  8. Bake in preheated oven for 1½ hours.
  9. Remove from oven. Sprinkle the cheese over the casserole. Allow cheese to melt, and serve.
