  • Preheat oven to 350° F
  • In a skillet add onion and ground beef.
  • Brown ground beef – cooking onion at the same time.
  • Prepare a 9×13 casserole dish by spraying with cooking spray.
  • Add cabbage to prepared casserole dish
  • Top cabbage with uncooked rice. Add ground beef and onion mixture on top of rice.
  • In a mixing bowl, add Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, sugar, beef bouillon, water, and dill. Mix well. Pour on top of contents of casserole dish.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 1½ hours.
  • Remove from oven. Sprinkle the cheese over the casserole. Allow cheese to melt, and serve.
