Weight Watchers Tomato and Avocado Salad Recipe.
A tasty vegetarian summer salad that’s the perfect lunch, appetizer, or side dish.
Made with fresh tomatoes, avocado, red onion, black pepper, and balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing.
Quick and easy to make.
The points are a little high on the Blue Plan, and very high on the Green Plan, so I don’t recommend this recipe for the Green Plan. If you would like more salad options with lower points we have more Weight Watchers Salad Recipes here.

Weight Watchers Tomato and Avocado Salad
- 4 large tomatoes Sliced
- 4 avocado peeled, pitted and sliced
- 1 red onion thinly sliced
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper or to taste
- 1 bottle (8oz) balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing
- In a large bowl, add tomatoes, avocados, and red onion,
- Toss to mix
- Season with black pepper
- Pour the salad dressing on top.
- Gently stir to mix
- Cover bowl with plastic wrap
- Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour.
