Weight Watchers Tomato and Avocado Salad Recipe.

A tasty vegetarian summer salad that’s the perfect lunch, appetizer, or side dish.

Made with fresh tomatoes, avocado, red onion, black pepper, and balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing.

Quick and easy to make.

How to make

  1. In a large bowl, add tomatoes, avocados, and red onion,
  2. Toss to mix
  3. Season with black pepper
  4. Pour the salad dressing on top.
  5. Gently stir to mix
  6. Cover bowl with plastic wrap
  7. Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour.
