In a medium bowl, mix together tomatoes, garlic, basil, salt, red pepper flakes, and oil. Set it aside.
Put a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the meat to the skillet and cook it, stirring and breaking it up, until it's fully cooked. This usually takes about 5 minutes.
Stir in the tomato mixture and cook it for about 3 more minutes until everything is heated through.
