In a mixing bowl, add turkey, onion, egg whites, bread crumbs, garlic, parsley, salt & pepper. Mix well.
Make 12 turkey patties with the mixture.
Heat a skillet over medium/high heat. Add patties. Cook flipping the patties once to cook both sides. Using a meat thermometer, check to be sure internal temp is 180° F
