Weight Watchers Turkey Burgers
Ingredients
- 3 lbs ground turkey
- ¼ cup onion finely diced
- 2 egg whites lightly beaten
- ¼ cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 clove garlic peeled and minced
- ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add turkey, onion, egg whites, bread crumbs, garlic, parsley, salt & pepper. Mix well.
- Make 12 turkey patties with the mixture.
- Heat a skillet over medium/high heat. Add patties. Cook flipping the patties once to cook both sides. Using a meat thermometer, check to be sure internal temp is 180° F
