Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix together mushrooms, zucchini, pepper, and onions.
Add garlic salt and basil to the vegetables and mix well.
Unroll the dough and place it on the prepared cookie sheet.
Roll the dough out into a 14-inch square, then cut it into 4 equal pieces.
On each dough square, place ¼ cup of cheese, spreading it to within ½ inch of the edges.
Divide the vegetable mixture evenly among the squares, placing it on top of the cheese.
Fold the dough over the filling to form a half-moon shape and press the edges with a fork to seal them.
Brush the top of each pastry with egg white.
Cut 2 or 3 slits in the top of each pastry to let steam escape.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the pastries are golden brown.
