Cottage Cheese and Turkey Lettuce Wraps keep dinner quick without leaving much cleanup behind.
They’re ready in under 30 minutes, and each serving has three lettuce wraps with seasoned ground turkey, crisp vegetables, and a creamy cottage cheese sauce.
This is a High Protein meal with about 36 grams of protein per serving.
The cottage cheese is blended until smooth, so the sauce is creamy rather than chunky. A little lemon keeps it fresh, especially with the cucumber, tomato, and red onion on top.
The lettuce leaves make these lighter than a tortilla wrap, but the turkey and sauce still make them filling enough for lunch or dinner.
They’re also easy to adjust. Leave off the red onion, add more cucumber, or keep the sauce on the side if the wraps won’t be served right away.

Why You’ll Love This Cottage Cheese and Turkey Lettuce Wraps
36 Grams of Protein Per Serving
These have enough protein to make a substantial lunch or dinner without adding a long list of ingredients.
Ready in 27 Minutes
The turkey cooks quickly, and the cottage cheese sauce only needs a quick blend. Most of the remaining work is chopping the vegetables.
Creamy Sauce Without Mayo
Blended cottage cheese makes a thick, smooth sauce with a little tang from fresh lemon juice.
Fresh Crunch in Every Wrap
Butter lettuce, cucumber, tomato, and red onion keep the wraps crisp and fresh against the warm turkey.

Ingredient Substitutions
Ground Chicken
Lean ground chicken can replace the ground turkey in the same amount. Cook it until fully cooked through.
Romaine Lettuce
Large romaine leaves can replace butter lettuce. They’ll be firmer and a little crunchier.
Greek Yogurt
Plain Greek yogurt can replace the blended cottage cheese sauce if needed. The texture and flavor will be different, but it works well with the turkey and vegetables.
Fresh Cilantro
Chopped cilantro can replace the parsley for a stronger, more herb-forward flavor.

Notes
Tips and Tricks
Dry the lettuce well – Water left on the leaves can make the wraps slippery and dilute the sauce. Choose large outer leaves – Larger butter lettuce leaves hold the turkey and toppings more easily. Keep the sauce separate for meal prep – Add it just before serving so the lettuce stays crisp. Use cold cottage cheese – The sauce tastes best chilled against the warm turkey.Storing and Reheating
Refrigerator – Store the cooked turkey, cottage cheese sauce, vegetables, and lettuce in separate airtight containers for up to 3 days. Microwave – Reheat only the turkey until hot, then assemble the wraps with the cold lettuce, vegetables, and sauce. Skillet – Warm the turkey over medium-low heat for a few minutes, stirring occasionally. Add a splash of water if it seems dry.Nutrition
