- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ cup onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 head iceberg lettuce leaves separated and washed
- ¼ cup pine nuts
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
