Big Mac Lettuce Wraps have the burger flavors people expect, just served in crisp butter lettuce instead of a bun.
Seasoned ground beef, cheddar, pickles, onion, shredded lettuce, and a quick special sauce make these filling without turning dinner into a long project.
They’re also a High Protein option with about 28 grams of protein per serving.
It’s great for lunch or a quick weeknight dinner, especially since the entire recipe takes about 25 minutes.
The two types of lettuce are worth keeping. Butter lettuce holds everything together, and shredded iceberg gives the wraps that familiar burger crunch.
Three lettuce wraps make one serving, so there’s plenty on the plate without needing a side to make the meal feel complete.

Why You’ll Love This Big Mac Lettuce Wraps Recipe
28 Grams of Protein Per Serving
Lean ground beef and reduced-fat cheddar bring the protein up to about 28 grams per serving. Three wraps make a satisfying meal.
Ready in 25 Minutes
The beef cooks quickly and the toppings need very little prep. This works well when dinner needs to stay simple.
Plenty of Classic Burger Flavor
Pickles, onion, cheddar, shredded lettuce, and the creamy sauce give these the familiar flavor of a Big Mac without needing hamburger buns.
Crisp Lettuce Keeps Them Fresh
Butter lettuce makes a sturdy wrap, and shredded iceberg adds extra crunch. Keep the components separate until serving so the lettuce stays crisp.

Ingredient Substitutions
Ground Beef
Use 93% lean ground beef if that is what you have. It will add a little more fat but works the same way.
Butter Lettuce
Romaine leaves can replace butter lettuce. Choose larger outer leaves that can hold the beef and toppings.
Reduced-Fat Cheddar
Regular shredded cheddar can be used in the same amount.
Light Mayonnaise
Regular mayonnaise works, although it will increase the fat and estimated WW Points.
Dill Pickles
Chopped hamburger dill chips or dill pickle relish can be used instead. Drain relish well so the sauce does not become thin.

Notes
Tips and Tricks
Keep the lettuce dry – Pat washed lettuce completely dry so the wraps stay crisp and the toppings do not slide around. Use sturdy leaves – Larger butter lettuce leaves hold the beef and toppings better than small inner leaves. Prep ahead – Chop the onion and pickles and mix the special sauce ahead of time to make dinner even quicker. Keep the sauce separate – If serving later, wait to add the sauce until just before eating.Storing and Reheating
Refrigerator – Store the cooked beef, lettuce, toppings, and sauce in separate airtight containers for up to 3 days. Reheating – Reheat the beef in a skillet over medium-low heat or microwave it until hot. Assemble the lettuce wraps after reheating. Meal prep – Keep the lettuce away from the warm beef and sauce until serving so it stays crisp.Nutrition
