- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1 package (8 1/2g ) sugar-free cherry Jell-O
- ice cubes
- 1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the boiling water.
- Add the cherry Jell-O powder.
- Stir for at least 2 minutes, or until the Jell-O powder is dissolved.
- In a measuring cup, add enough ice cubes and cold water to measure 1 cup total.
- Add the ice water to the Jell-O mixture. Stir until the mixture starts to thicken slightly.
- Remove any ice that has not melted.
- Add the vanilla yogurt and vanilla extract.
- Using a wire whisk, mix until smooth.
- Pour the mixture evenly into 4 dessert dishes.
