Weight Watchers Microwave Baked Apples

How to make:

  1. Using an apple corer, core the apples. Don’t go through the bottom, leave the bottom unbroken.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, add nutmeg, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Mix well.
  3. Fill the apples with the mix using a spoon.
  4. Place 1 teaspoon of butter on top of each apple
  5. Place prepared apples in a deep, microwave safe casserole dish and cover.
  6. Microwave the apples for 3½ – 4 minutes or until they are tender.
  7. Let the apples rest for 2 – 3 minutes before serving.
